Hello and welcome!

Do you have one or more goals to achieve, do you want to realize a dream and surpass yourself? You are with the right coach.

Several formulas are possible in order to make your goal a success.


Your program and follow-up are personalized.
Training at home or outdoors for guaranteed well-being. 

State diploma in France and Canada, I work as a Personal trainer since 2016. 

How it works:

At first and in order to know your strengths and to target the points to be worked, we establish a physical fitness test.
Then the program based on the client's needs, level and goal is designed.
My coaching sessions are varied, fun and not repetitive. 

My specialties: 

  • Fitness and physical preparation; 

  • Weight loss and lean muscle gain;  

  • Muscle building for a fit silhouette and a harmonious body;

  • Muscular and cardiovascular endurance / stamina;

  • Preparation for exams and competitions;

My professional experience in North America  allows me today to bring training methods inspired by the Canadian style of life and to adapt my training sessions in France.  

In my private life, I have been running cross-country for over 15 years.
Ultra-trails up to 81 km; Marathon 42.2 km; half marathon 21 km, 15 km run, 10 km and speed run.
Crossfit, weightlifting and club rowing.
